At CC's Chocolate, we strive to provide the freshest products to our customers as possible. For that reason, we request that you allow 3 businesses days once your order has been placed for processing before your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received and another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you need your order processed quicker, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
All orders will be shipped with your product wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap. In warm weather, we will include a ice pack to ensure your order gets to you in the best shape possible.
Due to all the products are perishable, we do not accept returns. You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped yet. Please contact us if you need to cancel your order. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first. Before any refunds are issued, we require pictures of any damages.
If you choose to sign up for the mailing list, you will receive limited communication on sales and new products for CC's Chocolates. You can request to be removed at any time.
CC's Chocolate's will not sell or give your personal information to any 3rd party. Your information will only be used for processing your order.
